As for Melinda, I have every confidence that she is going to be a great and successful singer. I think jazz/blues/soulful genre with fit her well. As for Blake, I think he should have a successful career as a producer/arranger. Call me tone deaf, but I really enjoy his performance only when I turn on the Mute button.
