I came in a little late to catch the beginning of American Idol last night as I said on my previous post and now I see what I missed. I first saw Ian Benardo on So You Think You Can Dance and just got a small sample of how arrogant this guy is. But last night on Idol, Ian really showed us the height of his attitude. He was even more rude than Simon, if that’s possible.

For sheer entertainment value this guy is quite a show, but he is conceited and egotistical beyond belief. Oh, besides that, he has no talent. The judges finally had enough of him when he asked to see Simon’s work visa and security had to remove him from the room. Watch the video below for a nice laugh.

There you have Ian Benardo. Another American Idol wannabe out of touch with reality.

      Ian used to be my roommate when we were both 18 years old and messing around in Israel. This whole thing is just an act. He is really one of the sweetest and most humorous guys I know. Good for him for milking the publicity for everything it was worth. Little known fact, also, the idol producers called him to audition for the show after the So you think you can dance auditions, so he skipped the whole audition process and went straight to the audition in front of the panel. Good for you Ian….Rock on!
